2025 Spring Season
Brookside provides a Spring season for 1st - 8th grade boys that runs March through Mid May. Practices are twice a week starting early March with games beginning late March. The season concludes with an end of season event.
Overview
1/2 Grade - Participates in our In-House program that practices on Mondays and Scrimmages on Wednesdays.
3/4 Grade - Plays in the local league, format is 5v5 on a small sided field with small goals. Roster size is around 10-15.
5/6 & 7/8 Grade - Plays in the local league, format is 10v10 on a full field with regulation size goals (6x6). Roster size is around 15-20.
Age Divisions
Practice begins early March on Mondays and Wednesdays at Rockhurst HS. No practice over Spring break. Times are TBA
Practices
Games begin late March. The schedule will be available from the league early March. Games are played at Blue Valley North, Rockhurst HS or around Kansas City.

Required equipment - Helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick, mouth guard, cleats, athletic cup.
Equipment
Uniforms are the same design as previous seasons. 1st/2nd graders receive a uniform with their registration. 3rd/4th are required to have the Jersey (shorts optional). 5th - 8th will be required to have a Jersey and Shorts. Uniforms can be ordered through player registration.

Our league uses US Lacrosse for liability insurance. Each player is required to have a US Lacrosse # for the season. Register or Number Lookup

1/2 Grade (In-House): $150
3/4 Grade: $195
5/6 Grade: $225
7/8 Grade: $225
*Uniform Fee is an extra Add-On fee.
*$25 late fee begins on February 2nd
